Shipping policy

  • We offer a flat rate of $8 nationwide shipping.

  • Only a couple of days. Please allow 1-2 days processing followed by 1-5 days shipping depending on where you live.

    Sometimes we do experience stock delays with our suppliers and at times delays with couriers too. We will reach out to you if we anticipate an extended waiting period for your delivery but rest assured we’ll do everything in our power to get your order to you ASAP.

  • Absolutely! We will send your individual Tracking to you via email so you can check the status of your order throughout it’s journey to you.

  • Not to worry. Flick an email to hello@bravadohair.com explaining what has happened and we’ll try our best to help or rectify the situation.

 

RETURN POLICY

  • If you feel the product isn’t working for you then you may return it in its entirety and original packaging within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. You may bring it back into the salon or courier it to us at your own cost to:

  • Please take a photo of the product in and send it in an email to hello@bravadohair.com as soon as you find the product is faulty and detail what type of condition the product is in. If we can conclude the damage occurred during shipping, we will either offer a refund or exchange for a replacement. The faulty product must be repackaged and returned back to us at:

    If the damage is not the result of shipping, our handling/processing, or a product packaging fault, we will be unable to offer a refund nor exchange.

  • Two possibilities here. Either it was an oversight on our behalf, in which case we ask that the item be returned to us at:

    Otherwise, it may be because the product you ordered was no longer available with us nor our suppliers. In this case, we would have sent you an email advising you of this and asking if you’d like a refund or a similar product as a substitute.

  • There’s one of two possibilities this may have happened. Either, this was an oversight on our part in which case please send an email to hello@bravadohair.com and we’ll investigate further.

    Alternatively, the product you ordered is no longer available with us nor our suppliers. In this case, we would have sent you an email to advise of this asking if you’d like a substitute or a refund for the missing product.

Your privacy is important to us. We want to make your shopping experience as safe and satisfying as possible.

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order (eg. name, address, phone number, email address), only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. All orders are placed in NZD and all transactions will be billed in NZD.
