Our Salon Membership Plan makes budgeting for your hair appointments a breeze!

By signing up for a Salon Membership Plan, your year’s worth of appointments are booked in and paid via regular instalments, instead of paying upfront and on the day—much like a gym membership. This makes managing costs easier, means you won't miss an appointment and helps you commit to your hair journey.

    As a member, you’ll receive priority booking with a year’s worth of appointments scheduled in advance. With that organisation, you’ll never have to worry about remembering to book an appointment or finding a slot.

  • Manageable Payments
    Spread the cost of a year’s worth of appointments into regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments, making it easier to manage and maintain your hair routine.

  • Complimentary Birthday Treatment
    Receive a complimentary treatment as our special birthday gift to you, allowing you to indulge in a little extra pampering for your special day.

  • Retail Product Discount
    Enjoy a 10% discount on all retail products, ensuring you can maintain your haircare routine at home with top-quality products at a great price.

Joining is Easy

  1. Book a Salon Membership Consultation appointment (free and no obligation) so we can discuss your hair goals and create a personalised plan.

  2. We’ll book all your appointments for the year in advance, ensuring you get the times that work best for you.

  3. We’ll set the plan up in the background then send you a link to aglow, our membership partner, to register for the plan. Simply complete your details and you're all set!

FAQS

  • Our Membership's payment plan is managed by the team at aglow. As it's an external provider, there are a few fees involved:

    Establishment fee of $6.90 which is charged with your first instalment. This is a one-time charge only, so you won't be seeing this on every payment!

    For each payment, aglow charges a transaction fee of 3.60% (excl. GST).

    aglow charge a Failed payment fee of $6.90 which only applies if a payment isn't successful.

  • Much like a normal appointment, please reach out in advance if you need to reschedule. Similarly, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we as a salon will need to charge you a $50.00 Late-Cancellation Fee which is separate from the aglow membership plan. This will either be charged to your card or payable when you pop in next.

    If you cancel or do not show to a Salon Membership Plan appointment, we are unable to refund that appointment as it's part of the aglow plan you signed up for.

  • No worries! Simply pay the difference for this in-salon on the day.

    We understand goals and circumstances change or you might want to add a gloss service to your appointment or indulge in a treatment.

  • Let us know in the first instance as we might be able to pause the plan for you.

    If you're sure you want to opt-out of the plan completely, please let us know as soon as possible as there will be a four-week stand down period.
